I moru trendova koji danas vladaju našim društvom, jedan od najpopularnijih u estetici lica su dermalni fileri. Sigurno su svi do sada upoznati sa svim njihovim dobrim i lošim stranama, ali jedna od tema koja je ostala neodgovorena, ili čak pomalo i zanemarena, jeste zašto je važno da dermalne filere apliciraju stručna lica, odnosno doktori?
Dermalni filer je preparat sa kojim pacijenti u preko 90% slučajeva dobijaju željene rezultate izgleda svog lica, prije svega popunjavanje dubokih bora, „podizanje“ jagodica i regije obraza, korekciju tamnih podočnjaka, ili povećanje volumena usana.
Ipak, fileri mogu izazvati i teška oštećenja tkiva ako se nepravilno apliciraju, ili ako se apliciraju fileri lošijeg kvaliteta. Razlog tome je vrlo kompleksna i specifična anatomija lica, odnosno postojanje gusto razgranate mreže arterijskih i venskih kapilara.
Ukoliko se filerom zatvori lumen krvnog suda, odnosno greškom se isti aplicira direktno u krvni sud, neminovno dolazi do nekroze, ili odumiranja tkiva u regiji oštećenog krvnog suda.
Jedna od najopasnijih komplikacija izazvana aplikacijom filera je i gubitak vida, odnosno sljepilo. Istina izuzetno rijetko, ova komplikacija može da se javi kod korekcije tzv. glabelarnih bora, odnosno vertikalnih bora iznad nosa.
Ukoliko se greškom filer aplicira u krvni sud koji se nalazi u toj regiji, često dolazi i do začepljenja arterije koja snabdijeva krvlju očni živac, odnosno nastaje sljepilo.
Dermalni fileri neće nestati, i sigurno će još dugo uljepšavati živote svih onih koji žele da se podmlade. Ali ipak je više važno ko aplicira filer, nego koja mu je cijena.
